This summer, visitors to the Lunt can repel all invaders by crafting their own working siege weapon, an Onager (donkey) catapult, named for its fierce kick! All materials are provided.

You will also be able to explore this unique reconstructed fortress, taking in the sites of the ramparts (which will be undergoing some exciting renovations), the granary building and the world’s only known Gyrus inside a Roman fort!
